Over the past decade and a half working as a Building Surveyor my experience is varied.

I have worked extensively providing new build extensions and alterations, to large and small dwellings, industrial & commercial buildings, Landlords, Developers, Nightclubs for builders and home owners.

I have worked for the Public Sector for Local Authorities, Insurance claims and negotiations, Public Sector, NHS, Fire and Ambulance services on Hospitals, Emergency Stations, Schools, Offices, Nursery and alike.

I have completed many Building Defect Reports and implementing repairs for foundation failure, water ingress, cracking in masonry and flood damaged properties and many more.

My role will involved personally taking a brief from the client, undertaking the survey, writing the report, where required provide sketch schemes, Construction, Legal Regulation and Design advice.

I have worked extensively as a Principal Designer/ Designer and Client advisor under Regulations under the CDM Regulations 2015 and previously as a CDM Co-ordinator/ Planning Supervisor. I pride myself in providing a practical approach working with the Client, Designers and Contractors to provide the required documentation process in a direct streamlined format highlighting the Significant Hazards on each construction project.

I have worked on high risk and low risk premises undertaking Fire Risk Assessments as a legally required 'Competent Person' for the RRO 2005. Highlighting issues and finding a practical solution.
